This appeal is before us again on a remand, at the suggestion of the Solicitor General, “for further consideration in light of United States v. Mandujano, 425 U.S. 564, 96 S.Ct. 1768, 48 L.Ed.2d 212 (1976).” - U.S.--,-, 97 S.Ct. 299, 299, 50 L.Ed.2d 277. 1 This affords us an opportunity to explicate our previous opinion, United States v.
