OPINION

LESLIE, Judge.

This is an appeal from an order of the probate court determining that certain real property owned by the ward, Francis Hues-man, should be conveyed to her sons, and that the remainder should be sold to provide funds for her care. We reverse and remand for a new trial.

FACTS

Francis Huesman was adjudicated incompetent in May 1980, and is presently residing in a nursing home. It is expected that she will require nursing home care for the rest of her life.
