CRAWFORD, Judge:

Appellant was convicted, pursuant to his pleas, of two specifications of committing an indecent act upon a female under the age of 16 years, in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC § 934. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, confinement for 5 years, total forfeitures, and reduction to Private El.
