Appellant was tried by general court-martial before a military judge alone. Contrary to his pleas, he was convicted of one specification of indecent acts and one specification of wrongful possession of visual depictions of nude minors, both offenses in violation of Article 134, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. § 934 (2000). Appellant was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, confinement for twelve months, and reduction to E-l.
