Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, rendered October 5, 1973, convicting him of burglary in the first degree and possession of weapons, etc., as a felony, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review a decision of the same court, made August 21, 1973, after a hearing, which denied defendant’s motion to suppress identification testimony. Judgment affirmed. No opinion. Cohalan, Acting P. J., Damiani and Titone, JJ., concur; Margett, J., concurs in the affirmance of the conviction of possession of weapons, etc., as a felony, but…
