—• Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the County Court, Nassau County (Dwyer, J.), rendered May 9, 1980, convicting him of sodomy in the first degree and burglary in the first degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial, after a hearing, of that branch of defendant’s pretrial motion which sought suppression of his statement and the identification testimony of the complainant.
