— Appeal by defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Queens County (Goldstein, J., at trial and sentencing; Tsoucalas, J., at suppression hearing), rendered September 21, 1978, convicting him of burglary in the second degree (two counts), robbery in the second degree (four counts), and assault in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence. The appeal brings up for review the denial of defendant’s motion to suppress certain evidence.
