[¶ 1] Karen Jaste, as conservator and guardian of Delima Jaste, appeals a Northeast Judicial District Court judgment dismissing her negligence action against James Gailfus and the Jim Gailfus Insurance Agency, doing business as Jim’s Insurance. The district court dismissed the case after granting Gailfus’s motion for summary judgment, finding no reasonable jury could find Gailfus had breached a duty to Delima Jaste.
