This is an appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Miller County in an action for negligent design and supervision against appellants/defendants Roger F. Verslues and R.F. Verslues & Associates, Inc. (Verslues) and for breach of contract against the contractor Trump, d/b/a Malibu Construction (Malibu) arising from the construction of a “Country Kitchen” restaurant in Jefferson City.
