(collectively, “Shasta”) appeal from a decision of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California granting a preliminary injunction in favor of Plaintiffs LifeSean Scotland, Ltd. and Li-feScan, Inc. (“LifeSean”). The injunction prohibited Shasta from making, using, or selling its blood glucose test strips.
