ORSER, Judge.

Tried by military judge sitting alone as a general court-martial, the accused was convicted, despite his pleas, of three offenses of wrongful possession of heroin (Specifications 1 and 2, Charge, and Specification 5, Additional Charge I); one offense each of wrongful sale, transfer and use of heroin (Specifications 1, 3 and 6, Additional Charge I); and a single offense of wrongful possession of methamphetamine (Specification, Additional Charge II), in violation of Articles 134 and 92, 10 U.S.C. §§ 934, 892, Uniform Code of Military Justice.
