HomeR FERGUSON, Judge:

The accused was convicted by a general court-martial sitting in Germany of premeditated murder, a violation of Article 118, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 USC §918. He was sentenced to a dishonorable discharge, total forfeitures, and life imprisonment. The findings and sentence were approved by the convening authority and a board of review.
