In tbis canse a demurrer was sustained to tbe bill, and it was dismissed, and complainant has appealed to this Court. The allegations of the bill, so far as material, are that the complainant was the • divorced wife S. H. Woodfin, now deceased, by whom she has two minor children, who reside with her. Woodfin, at the time of his death, owned several houses and lots in Jackson, Tenn., -and these were sold for the payment of his debts by the usual Court proceeding.
