NORTON, District Judge.

I. INTRODUCTION

Cecil Lucas does not deserve much sympathy. His attorney knew this when he decid ed to represent him and the Defendants knew that when they were notified of his claim. Cecil Lucas broke into the home of an elderly couple late at night, killed them both and burglarized their home. His attorney knew when this he filed his Complaint, as did the Defendants when they filed their Answer.
