MEMORANDUM OPINION

ACKER, District Judge.

Presently before the court is a motion for summary judgment filed by defendant, St. Paul Fire and Marine Insurance Company (“St.Paul”), which opposes plaintiffs request for a declaratory judgment that it has a duty to cover losses sustained by plaintiff, Haman, Inc. (“Haman”) as a result of methyl parathion contamination of the Village Lodge Hotel (“Village Lodge” or “hotel”), in Pascagou-la, Mississippi. The legal effect of granting St. Paul’s motion will be to declare that it has no such duty. Haman owns and operates the affected hotel. For the…
