Case Summary

Complaining that toxic fumes from substances used to install carpet in an office building injured them, occupants of the building sued the carpet installer, the building owners, and others. When the building owners’ insurance carrier refused to defend and indemnify them, the owners filed a third party complaint to enforce their rights under the insurance policy.
