Nina Goodman commenced suit against defendants Stafford and Ruddiek for personal injuries allegedly received in an intersectional collision between cars driven by defendants. At the time of the accident plaintiff was a passenger for hire in defendant Stafford’s car. After trial, the jury returned a verdict of no cause of action. Plaintiff’s 1 motion for a new trial was denied and plaintiff appeals. On appeal, plaintiff contends that the denial of her motion for a new trial was error for the reason that the verdict was against the great weight of the evidence.
