Helen Rogers filed suit against defendants herein for personal injuries received in a collision between a Detroit Street Railway bus and a Checker taxicab, the cab being operated by defend ant Rager and owned by defendant Dunsmith. John Rogers, husband of Helen Rogers, also brought action against the same defendants. The actions were consolidated for trial and the jury returned a verdict of no cause of action. Motions for new trial were denied. Plaintiffs appeal, it being stipulated that the causes be heard concurrently and submitted on the same bill of exceptions, record and briefs.
