MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER
SHADUR, District Judge.
Randy Jones (“Jones”) has sued to challenge his removal from his position as a Records Analysis Clerk at the federal government’s Great Lakes Program Service Center in Chicago. In response the government has moved to dismiss for lack of subject matter jurisdiction, supplementing its supporting memorandum with affidavits and other exhibits. Jones’ responsive memorandum (also including affidavits and exhibits) does not meet the government’s contentions, and the motion is granted.
