MEMORANDUM
DALZELL, District Judge.
I. Introduction
Plaintiff, Irene H. Facha, believes that officials in the Department of Housing and Urban Development engaged in (1) reprisal for her union activity (the “reprisal claim”), (2) sex discrimination (the “sex discrimination claim”), and (3) retaliation for her prior EEO activity (the “retaliation claim”).
Facha sought redress for the reprisal claim by filing a grievance pursuant to her collective bargaining agreement (the “grievance”). She raised her sex discrimination and retaliation claims in a complaint with the Equal Employment Opportunity…
