1Per curiam
The Board on Professional Responsibility (“the Board”) recommends that respondent Leslie Wayne Lickstein be disbarred pursuant to D.C.Code § 11-2508(a) (2001) based on his conviction of a crime of moral turpitude per se. Before this court, Bar Counsel takes no exception to the report and recommendation filed by the Board.
We agree with Bar Counsel and adopt the Board’s recommendation. Accordingly, we order that respondent be disbarred from the practice of law in the District of Columbia.
