1Per curiam
The Board on Professional Responsibility (“the Board”) recommends that respondent Timothy R. Balducci be disbarred pursuant to D.C.Code § ll-2503(a) (2001), based on his conviction of a crime of moral turpitude per se. Neither respondent nor Bar Counsel has taken exception to the report and recommendation filed by the Board. We adopt the Board’s recommendation and order that respondent be disbarred from the practice of law in the District of Columbia.
