Maurice and Reginald Bishop appeal the district court’s dismissal of their civil lawsuit for lack of prosecution pursuant to Rule 41(b), Fed.R.Civ.P. The plaintiffs, who are brothers, filed suit in federal district court on November 5, 1984, alleging that the City of Cleveland, several Cleveland city officials and police officers, and other private citizens deprived them of their constitutional rights in violation of 42 U.S.C. § 1983.
