J. Vallery Electric, Inc. and Vallery Electric, Inc. petition for review of the decision and order of the National Labor Relations Board (“Board”). The Board found that the companies are alter egos and/or constitute a single employer and that they violated section 8(a)(1), (5) of the National Labor Relations Act (“NLRA”), 29 U.S.C. § 158(a)(1), (5), by withdrawing recognition of their employees’ collective bargaining representative and by failing to abide by the terms of the collective bargaining agreement.
