MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
EARL E. O’CONNOR, Chief Judge.
This matter is before the court on defendants’ motion styled “Motion for Determination of Issues Set Forth in Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment That Were Not Determined by the Court’s Original Order.” 1 The issue which defendants request this court to determine is whether plaintiff’s claims for defamation are barred by the Kansas one-year statute of limitations, K.S.A. 60-514.
