Plaintiff, Julia Thompson, instituted this action against J. F. Huston and wife, for the purpose of recovering possession of a lot in the city of Pasco, plaintiff also praying that her title to the property be quieted as against defendants.
It appears that, during the month of April, 1937, plaintiff, by a written contract, agreed to sell to defendants, and defendants agreed to purchase from plaintiff, the lot in question for the sum of nine hun dred dollars, of which defendants paid in cash one hundred fifty dollars, agreeing to pay the balance at the rate of fifteen dollars per month,…
