On December 13, 1985, plaintiff, Kim Giordano, filed a 10-count complaint against the following defendants: Julie Morgan, Gary Morgan, Kenneth G. Olson, Kenneth G. Olson & Associates, General Casualty Company of Illinois, KFS James, Inc., State Security Insurance Company, and the Friedberg Agency. In the complaint, plaintiff alleged that on October 26, 1984, she purchased a new 1985 Honda CRX. She maintained that she contacted Olson & Associates, insurance brokers, to procure a policy of automobile insurance.
