Plaintiff, David R. Pasquale, as administrator of Diane K. Pasquale’s estate, brought a wrongful-death action against Great Lakes Dragway and Speed Products Engineering in the circuit court of Cook County for the benefit of Samantha Pasquale, the surviving next of kin, and himself (David), the surviving spouse.
