Defendant Stuart West appeals from the district court’s grant of summary judgment awarding $495,000 to plaintiff Mary App-ley. 1 This is the second time these parties have appeared before this court. See Appley v. West, 832 F.2d 1021 (7th Cir.1987). In Appley I we remanded because fact questions remained as to the amount of injury, precluding summary judgment. On remand, the district court awarded damages in the amount of $495,000. We affirm.
