This appeal is taken by 3-J Company (3-J) from the October 31, 1990, order of the circuit court of Du Page County which dismissed with prejudice 3-J’s second amended third-party complaint (third-party complaint) for breach of contract and breach of fiduciary duty against Insurance Brokers Service, Inc.
