The plaintiffs, Kenneth Griffin and Yilma Griffin, husband and wife, instituted this action against the Evergreen State Amusement Corporation to recover for personal injuries which Mrs. Griffin sustained when she tripped upon an advertising sign in the lobby of a, motion picture theater. By order of court, the Cascade Theatres Corporation was substituted as party defendant. A jury returned a verdict for the plaintiffs.
