OPINION and ORDER

KEENAN, District Judge:

Plaintiffs allege that defendants engaged in fraudulent activities in connection with the sale of securities in oil drilling operations in Tennessee and Kentucky. Defendant Goodwin moves to dismiss plaintiffs’ claim under the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, 18 U.S.C. §§ 1961-1968 (1982) (“RICO”). He also moves to disqualify plaintiffs’ counsel and to dismiss the action, pursuant to Rule 12(b)(3) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, for improper venue.
