OPINION
BARTEAU, Judge.
Jostens Learning Corp. ("Jostens") appeals the trial court's denial of its Ind. Trial Rule 60(B) motion for relief from default judgment, raising the issue whether the trial court abused its discretion. We affirm.
FACTS
Education System Corp. of Indiana, d/b/a Integrated Tele-Link, contracted with Jos-tens Learning Corp. to sell educational computer software to school districts in Indiana, Tllinois and Kentucky.
