This case is once again graced with a discovery dispute — this one with some interesting wrinkles. Defendant, Riddle Memorial Hospital, has moved to compel the plaintiffs to answer certain discovery requests regarding potential witnesses. The plaintiffs assert that they have already provided most of the requested materials, and thus the majority of the motion is moot.
