Plaintiff, having met with an adverse verdict rendered pursuant to instructions of the court, appeals from an order denying her motion for a new trial. There is substantially no dispute about the facts, and these may be summarized in this fashion: Plaintiff at the time of the accident was 61 years of age, a resident of St. Paul.
