Plaintiff brought an action on a burglary insurance policy against defendant to recover $5,000.00, the face value of the policy. The case was tried before the court without a jury and there was a finding and judgment in the defendant’s favor, to reverse which the plaintiff prosecutes this appeal.

At the conclusion of all the evidence, the court made a special finding as follows: “The court finds upon the evidence submitted in this case that there was an actual burglary of the premises of the plaintiff; that the store of the plaintiff at No. 936 East 63rd street, Chicago, Illinois, was entered…
