MEMORANDUM AND ORDER
LAGUEUX, Chief Judge.
This ease involves a dispute arising out of the employment relationship between plaintiff Vito Vitone and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company (“Metlife”). The matter is presently before the Court on a motion by defendant Metlife to compel arbitration of the dispute and stay the action until the completion of any such arbitration. For the reasons that follow, that motion is granted. In addition, after finding that plaintiff has no standing to bring federal and state RICO claims, the Court dismisses those claims sua sponte.
