Plaintiff Robert Young appeals from an order dismissing his complaint against his former employer, defendant Prudential Insurance Company of America, Inc., and two supervisory employees, defendants Fred Fabozzi and Aven Kerr, without prejudice on the ground that Young was contractually bound to arbitrate his claims.
