OPINION AND ORDER

LAGUEUX, Senior District Judge.

This dispute concerns a debtor in bankruptcy who entered into a reaffirmation agreement with a creditor. That agreement was neither submitted to nor approved by the bankruptcy court as required by the Bankruptcy Code. 11 U.S.C. § 524. Plaintiff Bessette has filed a motion for leave to file a third amended complaint. Defendant Avco Financial Services, Inc.
