Plaintiff, James A. Stone (“Stone”), a former employee and registered securities rep resentative of Defendant, Pennsylvania Merchant Group, Ltd. (“Merchant”), brought this action for breach of employment contract, defamation, and violation of Pennsylvania’s Wage Payment and Collection Law, Pa.Stat. Ann. tit. 43, §§ 260.1-.12 (1992).
