George Jordan (Claimant) petitions for review of the order of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) which affirmed as modified the order of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) which granted in part Claimant’s petition for benefits and ordered Philadelphia Newspapers, Inc. (Employer) to pay Claimant disability benefits from May 22, 2003, to July 11, 2003, and from September 26, 2003, to July 18, 2004. The WCJ awarded Employer a credit for compensation paid under a temporary notice of compensation payable and for wages paid under Employer’s salary…
