ORDER GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO DISMISS

WIESE, Judge.

The plaintiff in this action, Litton Systems, Inc., is the named defendant in a civil suit brought under the False Claims Act, 31 U.S.C. §§ 3729-3733 (1988), that is currently pending before the United States District Court for the Central District of California.1 That suit, which was initiated as a qui tam action by Taxpayers Against Fraud, a non-profit corporation, and James Carton, a former Litton employee, accuses Litton of improper accounting practices that resulted in multi-million dollar overcharges for computer services…
