This suit was brought on June 20, 1929, by the heirs of Max Schindler, deceased, against Mrs. Maggie Ilse, individually and as surviving wife and community administratrix of the estate of August Ilse, deceased, the T. A. 1-Iill State Bank of Weimar, Tex.
