PLEASANTS, O. J.

This suit was brought by the appellants against the appellee to establish and foreclose a mortgage lien upon a tract of 257% acres of land on the Joel Greenwood league in Grimes county, given to secure an indebtedness of $2,056.62, with interest from November 1, 1911, and 10 per cent, thereon as attorney’s fees, due plaintiffs by the estate of J. Cross Baker, deceased.
