The appellant was convicted by a general court-martial of robbery and absence without leave, in violation of Articles 122 and 86, Uniform Code of Military Justice, 10 U.S.C. §§ 922 and 886, respectively. He was sentenced to a bad-conduct discharge, forfeiture of $225 pay per month for a period of 15 months, imprisonment for 15 *397months and reduction in rank to the lowest enlisted grade.
