Lenardis v. Commonwealth

The petitioner, Darla Lenardis, appeals from a judgment of a single justice of this court denying her petition under G. L. c. 211, § 3. We dismiss die appeal as moot.

Lenardis is a witness in an ongoing criminal proceeding in the Superior Court, Commonwealth vs. Figueroa, Suffolk Superior Court No. 2007-10521.
