Plaintiff Andra Brown brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) for judicial review of the decision of defendant JoAnne Barnhart, Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, denying her application for benefits under the Social Security Act. In her application, plaintiff alleged that she was disabled due to neck and back pain following a car accident.
