Plaintiff David Blom seeks judicial review of the denial of his application of disability insurance benefits (“DIB”) under the Social Security Act. See 42 U.S.C. § 405(g). Plaintiff has been receiving supplemental security income (“SSI”) since September 1, 2001, due to diabetes melli-tus and resulting neuropathy. (Tr. at 93.)
