DECISION AND ORDER

ADELMAN, District Judge.

Plaintiff Anthony Worzalla brings this action under 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) seeking judicial review of the decision of defendant Jo Anne Barnhart, Commissioner of the Social Security Administration, denying his 1993 application for disability benefits. Because the Commissioner’s decision is infected with legal error and unsupported by substantial evidence, I reverse. Because the application has been pending for 11 years .and been remanded three times previously, I will order that the application be granted rather than sending it back for further…
