This is an appeal from an order refusing an application for an injunction pending the action.
The plaintiff was the owner of a lot and of the building thereon situated on the corner of Spring and Fourth streets, which is about the business center of the city of Los Angeles. The building was used for a retail curio store, and among its advantages were those arising from its position on the street, consisting of the facilities thereby afforded for the display of signs advertising the business, its accessibility, and the free admission of light and air.
